BURKE & HARE
The Curzon Cinema on Chelsea's Kings Road rolled out the red carpet for the stars of the new British comedy BURKE & HARE on Monday 25 October. Leading British actors Simon Pegg, Andy Serkis and Jessica Hynes were joined by comedy legend Ronnie Corbett, the stunning Isla Fisher, and legendary Hollywood director John Landis, for the world premiere of this uproarious new comedy. Other stars of the film who attended included British comedy favourite Paul Whitehouse and the glamorous Pollyanna Mcintosh, together with screenwriters Piers Ashworth and Nick Moorcroft.
"BURKE & HARE" is produced by Barnaby Thompson (Dorian Gray, St Trinian's 1+2), executive produced by Nigel Green, James Spring, Paul Brett, Tim Smith and is written by Piers Ashworth and Nick Moorcroft (St Trinian's 1+2). Director of Photography is Oscar® Nominee John Mathieson (Gladiator), production designer is Simon Elliott (Bleak House), costume designer is Oscar® Nominee Deborah Nadoolman (An American Werewolf in London, Trading Places, Raiders of the Lost Ark) and Hair &Make Up design is by Oscar® Winner Christine Blundell (Sherlock Holmes, Topsy Turvy).
BURKE & HARE is released by Entertainment Film Distributors and will open nationwide on October 29, 2010
